Which charities can I choose?
Any registered charity: one listed on the New Zealand Charities Register, or registered as a charity where you are based. If an organisation is not a registered charity, we will ask you to choose another.
Does it cost me more?
No. You pay the fee we agree before the work starts. The 10% donation comes from Moonlighters, not from an extra charge to you.
When is the donation made?
Within 30 days of your invoice being paid in full. We send you the donation confirmation.
Can I claim the donation for tax?
The donation is made by Moonlighters, so the receipt is issued to us. It is our contribution on your behalf, not a donation from your business.
Is this offer available anywhere else?
No. It is only available to bookings made through this page, and it ends on 31 December 2026.

Your details stay private.
Your business details, phone number, chosen charity and answers are stored privately on Cloudflare so we can review your booking and contact you. They are not published or used to create a talent profile. Requests are retained for up to 12 months; save the private removal link shown after booking to delete your request sooner. For a correction or privacy question, email bookings@moonlighters.co.nz.
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement on this page. It helps us understand visits and count completed signups. These Google services may set cookies and process device and browsing information, including outside New Zealand. We do not send your form answers, name, email address or phone number to them.
Offer terms: available only for bookings submitted through this page on or before 31 December 2026. Moonlighters will donate an amount equal to 10% of the fee paid for the booked work (excluding GST, ad spend, software and other third-party costs) to one registered charity nominated by the client. The charity must be registered on the New Zealand Charities Register or registered as a charity in the client's country; if it is not, we will ask the client to nominate another. The donation is made by Moonlighters within 30 days of the invoice being paid in full, and confirmation is shared with the client. Free offers carry no fee, so no donation applies to them. The offer cannot be exchanged for a discount or cash and applies once per booking.
