If your website is not live within 72 hours of us receiving your completed application, or you are not happy with the first version and we cannot put it right in one revision round, we will refund the $299 package fee in full. Just email us.
The 72 hours start when we have your completed application, logo and photos, and pause while we are waiting on anything we have asked you for. Ask for your refund within 14 days of the first version, or of the 72 hours passing. The guarantee covers the package fee. Add-ons are scoped and paid separately, and costs paid to others, such as a domain name, are not refunded by us.

Why do I pay before you start?
It reserves your build and keeps the price at $299. The money-back guarantee is there so that paying first carries no risk for you.
What does online in 72 hours mean?
Your website is published and working within 72 hours of us receiving your completed application, logo and photos. If your domain name needs time to point at the site, we publish it at a temporary address first and switch it over as soon as it is ready.
What does free tracking setup include?
We set up Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console for your site, and track calls, form enquiries and button clicks so you can see which of them come from where. It is done by hand: we send you short, step-by-step instructions to give us access, so there is nothing to install.
What do I need to send?
Your business details and services, the area you cover, a logo if you have one and some photos of your work or team. If you do not have a logo or photos, say so on the form and we will suggest options.
Can I add a booking system, forms or a CRM?
Yes. Tick them on the application form. We confirm the scope and the price in writing, and you pay for them separately.
Do you run ads as well?
We can set them up. The Google Ads, Facebook Ads and ChatGPT Ads packages cover account setup, campaigns, ad copy and tracking. Ad spend is paid to the platform. ChatGPT ads depend on being available to New Zealand advertisers.
What if I do not like it?
You get one consolidated revision round. If you are still not happy with the first version after that, we refund the $299 package fee. See the guarantee above for the details.
