- It depends on what’s involved. You get a scoped quote before any build work starts, so you know the price and what you get for it.
- Who actually does the work?
- A vetted specialist from the Moonlighters network, introduced by us. We review specialists’ work history, portfolio and references before introducing them.
- What about my data and accounts?
- We agree which systems and data are involved before anything is connected. You keep ownership of your accounts and can remove access at any time. We never ask for passwords on this page.
- What if AI isn’t the right answer?
- Then we’ll say so. Sometimes a simpler fix, a template or a process change is the better first step.
- Will this replace my team?
- The aim is to take repetitive work off people’s plates, not to take people out of the decisions. Automations include a human review step wherever it matters.
