Frequently asked questions
Can the site show my listings?
The package is an informational website. We can link to your listings on your agency or listing site. A live listings feed or property search is a separate piece of work and is quoted separately.
Can I show recent sales and client reviews?
Yes, genuine ones you have the right to use. We never invent sales results or reviews, so you supply them. Real estate advertising has its own rules, so check what you publish against your agency requirements and the Real Estate Authority guidance.
Can I use my agency branding?
Yes, if your agency allows it. Send the logo and any brand guidelines with your application, and we will match them.
How fast can my website be online?
Within 72 hours of us receiving your completed application, logo and photos. The clock pauses while we wait on anything we have asked you for, and your domain name may need a little time to point at the site.
What does the free tracking setup include?
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console, with tracking for calls, form enquiries and button clicks. We set it up by hand and send you simple steps to give us access.
What does it cost, and what is extra?
The launch website is NZ$299, paid before the build. Domains are from $30 and hosting is $20 a month. Add-ons such as booking integration or a custom CRM are quoted separately.
